Our final of 4 shoots ended in a cathedral in central Rome for an intimate Russian Orthodox Ceremony. The couple took this very seriously and one could really feel the expectation in the air. Combine that with the ambience and character of the setting, one can not help to shoot discreetly and rather to sacrifice the shot than the moment (Peartree’s shooting philosophy!). Here is a few that I couldn’t resist.
It was here where the couple’s paths separated from mine after 4 phenomenal days in Italy. They stayed on for another week for their honeymoon and I was off to Ethiopia that same night for my next assignment.
Denis & Lyubov – wow, thank you so much for who you are and how you have blessed me and my family. I am sure we have shared something so unique that our paths will cross again in the near future. I am looking forward to seeing my Russian friends again very soon.
