Lords Guest Lodge Wedding – Jason & Tracey

Lords Guest Lodge Wedding McGregor

Howdy Y’all!  How about a real cowboy wedding in the Klein Karoo! Sure ’nuff – these guys are authentic Texan.  Houston, Texas to be clear.  And they looked the part like all-get-out!  Please don’t throw a hissy fit for my grammar today.  It’s all Texan y’all.  Come and have a look at this big ‘ol party.  Dang man, let’s get on with it.

McGregor played a big part in my life in younger days.  We used to go there for school camps over holidays.  I remember lying awake at night, looking at the stars and the golden rule to become best friends with the cook.  It was a defining time in my life.

Having my own family now, I took them to McGregor for a weekend to experience a bit of the place at the beginning of the year.  We came across this lodge and was very impressed with the setting and Scottish vibes.  When Tracey contacted me later in the year and mentioned they were thinking of the Lord’s Guest Lodge, I was over the moon to have the opportunity to shoot here.  I was not disappointed.

Thank you, Jason & Tracey, for a warm and welcoming day with you and your families.  I thoroughly enjoyed it.  May our paths cross again sooner than expected.  Enjoy!

PS Please say hi to Mr Frank for me!  I tried to sneak him into some shots!  🙂
