Meet Scott & Kerrie. Husband and wife. African and Ozzie. Business owner and Editor of Cosmo. Living in Dubai. Funny, lovely and totally alive. Well, allow me to say it out loud: these guys are really great.
But with greatness comes responsibility. You just can’t do things the same as everyone else. You have to be proactive, ahead, leading, focussed, have a good sense of humor and a lot of patience … especially when you organise your SA wedding for exactly 8 months after the Sydney one.
It is quite a daunting thought to know you will be photographing someone who is used to the best. You pack your biggest lens (and all the other ones you own), longest stands and brightest lights … and you hope you will at least look like you know what you’re doing when you walk into the room. This job continue to keep me on my toes.
The much awaited Saturday arrived. The weather was perfect. The venue world class. Scott & Kerrie brilliant. My job a breeze.
