Their wedding feels like the other day. I remember scouting the area finding a rasta painted wall and remembering they wanted something different. Then we had a couple shoot before children in Stellenbosch with old buildings and beautiful gardens. That has been a few years back. The family arrived this time round being 5 Schoemans strong. We chose nature as the best studio. We had so much fun.
The awesome relationship between the 3 siblings stood out. They would sit together, help one another and even whisper in each other’s ears as part of a game they just made up (or perhaps they were talking about the guy with the camera looking weird!). There were smiles all round, good manners, respect and lots of love. Well done Nel & Lauren – clearly you are doing something right. Keep it up – your kids are beautiful and you are a special family.
